Your Responsibilities
Chairside Assistance & Procedure Support
Assist the dentist during all types of dental procedures by preparing, passing, and managing instruments and materials as directed.
Chairside Readiness & Setup
Ensure complete chairside readiness before every scheduled procedure: instruments laid out, materials prepared, equipment tested, treatment area sanitized.
Sterilization, Disinfection & Infection Control
Perform proper sterilization of all reusable instruments and carry out surface disinfection following the clinic's infection control protocols.
Inventory Monitoring & Supply Management
Monitor clinical supply levels daily, including dental materials, disposables, PPE, and sterilization supplies.
Treatment Area Maintenance & Organization
Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned treatment rooms, the sterilization area, and shared clinical spaces throughout the entire workday.
Patient Handling & Communication
Handle every patient with courtesy, calmness, and professionalism — from greeting them at the treatment room to ensuring their comfort throughout the procedure.
SOP Compliance, Safety & Endorsement
Follow all clinical SOPs, safety standards, and instructions from the dentist and senior staff at all times without deviation.

Full-Time Onsite
Standard clinic hours at your assigned branch with occasional extended hours during high-volume days or emergency cases.
